Confirm the email on your account — that is where Scout sends threshold messages. Paid Solo and Team unlock Scout email alerts and webhook destinations (Slack, Discord, Teams, Make, Zapier) after you paste an incoming webhook URL.

Free plan after trial keeps a dashboard for one provider; Scout paid alerts require Solo or Team (or the active trial window).
